Green Cars Revolutionary: Plug-in hybrid electric cars
Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles–known as PHEVs–combine a gasoline or diesel engine with an electric motor and a large rechargeable battery. Unlike conventional hybrids, PHEVS can be plugged-in and recharged from an outlet. It allows users to drive extended distances using just electricity. When the battery is empty, the conventional engine turns on and the vehicle operates as a conventional, non-plug-in hybrid. So why do people call it is green cars?

1. Decline pollution emission
The first advantage of hybrid cars is environmentally friendly. According to the US Environmental Protection Agency, a hybrid car typically uses 30-60% less fuel than traditional gasoline vehicles. Less gasoline means less CO2 and cleaner air.
However, hybrid cars only use gasoline or diesel even when they are no longer battery. Currently, in developed countries like Europe and the U.S.A, electric batteries to plsgxug-in are placed crowdedly.
2. Saving energy
The second advantage of hybrid cars is fuel economy. Saving fuel also means saving money on gasoline, especially for people who regularly use the car to work every day. In hybrid cars, gasoline (or diesel) engines combine with electric motors to supply power to the active wheels. Hybrid cars often have a more compact gasoline engine than regular gasoline vehicles. Its design due to own an electric motor already. That means the range of hybrid cars is also larger than traditional gasoline cars.
3. Green cars’ incentives
Green cars have such a huge incentive from the government. As we’re approaching the end of 2018, you’ve only got a few months left to take advantage of the biggest incentives you can claim for your (first) electric car!
The Netherlands is planning to phase out all internal combustion engine vehicles by 2035. The Netherlands has the highest ratio between public charging points and electric vehicles. Fully-electric vehicles and PHEVs are both exempt from this tax. PHEVs will need to pay additional fees based on the CO2 emitted.
Generally, green cars currently become a new trend in the whole world because the advantages its brings to the environment. Hybrid electric car is the one balances supporting the environment and users’ convenience in the period they develop the more modern car.
